We will have a consultation where we meet and discus how we can best present the home for sale.  I will come up with a custom proposal for the home.

Review, pay and sign your proposal to get the project started and secure your staging date.

Even if your house sells quickly in a good market, it doesn’t mean it sold for the amount it would have sold for had it been professionally staged.  Professionally trained certified stagers homes sell on a conservative average for 10%+ more in a good market.
